Today, I serve as Vice President of Information Technology at MAXX Properties, where I lead enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software development, AI initiatives, and digital transformation across a multi-state real estate portfolio. My focus is on aligning technology with business objectives by building scalable platforms, modernizing operations, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency, security, and the employee experience.

Prior to MAXX Properties, I served as Chief Engineering Officer for Brown Harris Stevens, Halstead Real Estate, and parent company Terra Holdings. There, I led engineering teams responsible for the company’s core technology platforms, including enterprise applications, agent intranets, listing syndication systems, customer-facing websites, and operational tools supporting more than 2,500 agents and employees. Working closely with executive leadership, I helped shape the organization’s long-term technology roadmap while remaining actively involved in software architecture and product development.

Whether modernizing legacy systems, developing custom software platforms, strengthening cybersecurity, or leading enterprise transformation initiatives, my passion has always been using technology to solve complex business challenges and build scalable solutions that create lasting business value.
