Today, I serve as Vice President of Information Technology at MAXX Properties, where I lead enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software development, AI initiatives, and digital transformation across a multi-state real estate portfolio. My focus is on aligning technology with business objectives by building scalable platforms, modernizing operations, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency, security, and the employee experience.
Prior to MAXX Properties, I served as Chief Engineering Officer for Brown Harris Stevens, Halstead Real Estate, and parent company Terra Holdings. There, I led engineering teams responsible for the company’s core technology platforms, including enterprise applications, agent intranets, listing syndication systems, customer-facing websites, and operational tools supporting more than 2,500 agents and employees. Working closely with executive leadership, I helped shape the organization’s long-term technology roadmap while remaining actively involved in software architecture and product development.
Across my career, I’ve combined executive leadership with a hands-on engineering mindset, bridging the gap between business strategy and technology execution. Whether modernizing legacy systems, developing custom software platforms, strengthening cybersecurity, or leading enterprise transformation initiatives, my passion has always been using technology to solve complex business challenges and build scalable solutions that create lasting business value.
Reinformed.com was a curated real estate news aggregator built to simplify how industry professionals, investors, and enthusiasts consumed market updates. The site gathered content from top national publications, niche real estate blogs, and trusted local sources—particularly those focused on the Manhattan market.
Frustrated by the need to jump between multiple websites daily, I created Reinformed as a single destination where users could stay up to date with headlines, market analysis, and industry gossip in one streamlined interface.
The final version of Reinformed featured a fully updated platform with a responsive design for mobile browsing, enhanced sharing tools, and the ability to email articles directly to colleagues or clients. It made real estate reading faster, more convenient, and more enjoyable. Though the site is no longer online, it served as a valuable tool for readers and as a rewarding personal project that reflected my passion for technology, design, and the real estate industry.
